No, you do not! The Pre-Arrival Planning & Coordination is a fixed one-time fee of $850. For the actual day-to-day on-site assistant service, you only book and pay for the specific days you want assistance (at $200/day). You can choose to have help for your entire stay, or just on specific outing days.
